Hey all,

The PaySauce app has a new cool feature where you can chose to donate an amount of your choosing to a charity in their list. You can do this weekly, or as a one off. They automatically process your tax credit as well in your wages, so you get it back every week.

If you're the kind of person who donates to charity, this might be an easy way to manage your donations and your tax credits :-) Just log in to the app and select the donations icon to set it up.

Here’s an overview of what we discussed: 
If you’re dealing with an unruly staff member, please consult this FAQ (https://cmos.biznovare.com/web#id=14&view_type=form&model=hr.policy.faq&menu_id=791&action=1568) before taking any decisions. Remember to talk to me before you start a process, and to Wim if you want to involve a client.

We did a quick refresher on the probationary clause. Remember to give your staff members heaps of continuous feedback and opportunities to learn before you decide to invoke this clause. You’ll need to consult with them before terminating them. Please talk to me before you do this.
