Thanks for taking the time today for our HR catch up!
Here’s an overview of what we discussed:
If you’re dealing with an unruly staff member, please consult this FAQ (https://cmos.biznovare.com/web#id=14&view_type=form&model=hr.policy.faq&menu_id=791&action=1568) before taking any decisions. Remember to talk to me before you start a process, and to Wim if you want to involve a client.
We did a quick refresher on the probationary clause. Remember to give your staff members heaps of continuous feedback and opportunities to learn before you decide to invoke this clause. You’ll need to consult with them before terminating them. Please talk to me before you do this.
