flywheel
Hi everyone,
Attached is the CMOS Flywheel that we created on Friday, with the help of Adrian. We've put this up on the wall in Wellington office and if it could go up somewhere in Auckland as well, that would be great.
The flywheel will be central to us reaching our goal of 3000 @ 9!
Thanks
Catherine

Q2!
Hey team,
Apologies for the delay in confirming the rewards for Q2, we have re-thought the purpose of these so that the Yellow and Red 'un-rewards' are quick and easy to complete, so that there isn't too much organisation involved and we can move on with our lives! However, I am sure that this quarter we won't have to worry about the red or yellow, as we will be in the Green!
Supergreen- Event
Green- Group cooking class
Yellow- Writing 200 lines each, as a group, "I will hit my targets next quarter"
Red- beach clean up for an hour at lunchtime
If there is anything that will specifically motivate you and help you hit your targets, please let me know!
Thanks
Catherine 🙂

Re: 3000 @ 9
Morning everyone,
We are officially half way through the quarter!
We've done an awesome job so far, with 26 new jobs won this quarter and $13,334.07 of net revenue.
There's 45 days remaining to hit our green target of $31,248 plus the AM's hitting their NPS targets, which we can all support them to achieve.
If you have any questions or suggestions, please bring them to the strategy catch-up meeting on Monday.
Keep up the good work team!
Catherine 🙂

Re: 3000 @ 9
Kia Ora team,
We've made it to the end of the third week of Q1! So far we have gained 14 new jobs and won $9,384.59 of revenue, which is an awesome effort!
Hopefully you have noticed this info up on the klipfolio dashboard in the offices.
There's one more week left in April and at the moment, we are on track to hit our green target, which would mean by April 30th, we reach $10,416 of net revenue.
Keep up the hard work and let's not forget about that NPS, our admin assistants and office staff play a key role in boosting this.
Have a great easter everyone.

Business Prioritising
Hey Team,
We have built a culture of fixing everything immediately and that is awesome. It is why we are winning. By natural process, we now look at everything (big and small) and want to improve it.
We are loving the number of improvements/ideas everyone is putting forward to make us better at what we do. As a business, we have to try and best prioritise our resources.
We prioritise by weighing up the potential positive/negative impacts on the business vs the difficulty to implement. As a strategy team, you will need to trust us to do this right however, I or any of the other managers are open to discuss anything you think has been prioritized wrongly on the formula above.
We are in the process of setting up an easy display of all ideas and improvements and where they land on a priority score. This should indicate when a solution is likely and give an ability for multiple people to add their vote on anything in the list.
Key Takeaways:
1. Keep sending through improvements/ideas via tasks – a collective brains trust is the only way for everyone to win
2. You will be able to see where your improvement/idea lands on a priority score soon
3. If you think it has been prioritized wrongly then speak to your direct manager first
Cheers Team,
Harv.

Go Team Sack
This morning team Sack (Sarah/Jack but now Shana/Sarah/Jack) received a text from the old contact at the Department of Conservation, who is now working for Weta Workshop. It has been 6 months since they last had contact with him but the lasting impression was such that they were front of mind when a cleaning requirement came up at Weta. A lot of hard work went into creating this impression from Sack and it is awesome to see the Mahi providing the new opportunity treats. Outstanding work Sack!
