    Kia Ora team,

We've made it to the end of the third week of Q1! So far we have gained 14 new jobs and won $9,384.59 of revenue, which is an awesome effort!

Hopefully you have noticed this info up on the klipfolio dashboard in the offices.

There's one more week left in April and at the moment, we are on track to hit our green target, which would mean by April 30th, we reach $10,416 of net revenue.

Keep up the hard work and let's not forget about that NPS, our admin assistants and office staff play a key role in boosting this.

    Have a great easter everyone.

  • Business Prioritising

    Hey Team,

We have built a culture of fixing everything immediately and that is awesome. It is why we are winning. By natural process, we now look at everything (big and small) and want to improve it.

We are loving the number of improvements/ideas everyone is putting forward to make us better at what we do. As a business, we have to try and best prioritise our resources.

We prioritise by weighing up the potential positive/negative impacts on the business vs the difficulty to implement. As a strategy team, you will need to trust us to do this right however, I or any of the other managers are open to discuss anything you think has been prioritized wrongly on the formula above.

We are in the process of setting up an easy display of all ideas and improvements and where they land on a priority score. This should indicate when a solution is likely and give an ability for multiple people to add their vote on anything in the list.

    Key Takeaways:
    1. Keep sending through improvements/ideas via tasks – a collective brains trust is the only way for everyone to win
    2. You will be able to see where your improvement/idea lands on a priority score soon
    3. If you think it has been prioritized wrongly then speak to your direct manager first

    Cheers Team,

    Harv.
