Just a heads up that I will be entering all existing Laundry and Hygiene services/products into Odoo over the next week or so!

If there is any big differences between what we are being charged and whats in Odoo I will arrange a time to work through those with you 🙂

These are our main approved contractors for regular services that we have the majority of the products loaded in our system for. 

Expendables - Advance
Hygiene - Initial
Laundry - Alsco
Rubbish - Envirowaste
Recycling Bins - Method

If you or your clients want to use anyone else for these services outside of these contractors then it must be cleared by Harvey or Wim. 

This will allow us to focus on these relationships and how they are performing better than various suppliers across each services. It will also greatly reduce the time spent on price increases for both us and the client. 

Please note: You can use other contractors for regular subcontracted work such as window cleaning, floor care etc. However any price increase for these services will need to be dealt with individually by cancelling the service in odoo and starting a new service with the new price.
