Hi Team!
Just a quick PSA! If you are making a general task for something in Odoo, please do not add CMOS Auckland office or CMOS Wellington office to the project line. This will cause everyone in the office to receive emails for that task.
For general Odoo tasks, please leave the project field blank.

Hi Team!
We've made a few changes recently, and one I'd like to point out is to cancelling orders. We've moved the button for cancelling orders onto the purchase order.
If you need to cancel an order, find the purchase order under Ordering>Purchase Orders, and you can click a button at the top that says "cancel order". It will ask you to confirm that you wish to cancel.
See the screenshot which shows the location of the button you are looking for.

Important System Update

Autofill/Pre-populated field update
Hey guys
One thing I forgot to mention with the Autofill/Pre-populated field Issues, is when you are doing the above steps, you need to set the time range for all time.

Autofill/Pre-populated field Issues
Hi team! It seems some of you are having issues with autofill entries. There are a few options to deal with it.
If it's just one or two entries, when they pop up, you can press the arrow keys to highlight them. Then hold Shift + fn, and then press delete.
If that doesn't work, or if you have more than two, the best way to do this is clear autofill data. If you need a hand with that, follow the attached screenshots and it should do the trick!

Spec notes and job notes
Hi team!
Just today, we are releasing a notes feature on your jobs! There are two places you can add notes.
Specs tab - At the bottom of the specs tab, there is a box for notes. This will print out when you click the "Print Schedule Cleaning Lines"
Notes tab - This is for notes about the job that you wish NOT to print out.

"Mark as lost" Button
Hi Team
Now in your job builder there should be a new button titled "Mark as lost".
If anyone has any opportunity they would like to mark as lost within the next two weeks, please send me a message (Tech Support) so I can test this is working correctly.

Emails Confirming Manual Approval
Hi AM Team's,
You would have received a bunch of emails confirming manually approved Job builders. Tuppa spotted that AM's do not receive a confirmation email (with to-do list) when a Job builder is approved Manually so this is that function. The Dev Team have kindly sent everyone ALL past manually approved Job Builders.

Update 15th Oct
Hey All,
Further updates:
1. Can now select two contact for a Job to receive the monthly report
2. fixed bug when you order 2 different products with 2 different supplier to the same site (Jonny/Betty)
3. Opportunties will now show up red if they are 60 days old (instead of reverting to draft)
4. Living wage tick alignment issue now fixed
5. Ordering 'Internet Connection' error fixed - but could be a problem again so let me know if you experience the little yellow box again

Ordering - IMPORTANT
Hey All,
If you are ordering multiple products for a site, the products must all have the same supplier. If you have two different products with two different suppliers - please make two separate orders until we fix the issue.

If you experience a little yellow loading error in Odoo
If you see a little yellow box pop up after you have pressed something in Odoo (such as a Send PO or Order button) then please wait and refresh your screen. Please do not press it again as it will send 2 action requests. We are working on a solution.
